Shipments

You can easily order and it will be processed the same day, provided the item is in stock and placed before 3pm.
With the exception of: Saturday, Sunday, public holidays.

To pick up

Would you like to pick up your order at the Ruitersport Maddelin webshop?
That is also possible. During the payment process you can indicate whether you want to pick up your order.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready.
You can count on this for an hour before your order is ready if all items are in stock.

Something out of stock?

Is something not on our webshop? Send us an email and maybe we can order this for you without obligation.

Returns and exchanges

ALL items can be returned. This in the original, unused condition, including original accessories and labels.
You can return or exchange your purchased item within 14 days of purchase.

The full amount will be refunded to your account via the original payment method (which can be found as Mollie payments) within 10 working days of receiving your package.

We advise you to send your package back by registered post and possibly insured.
This way you can be sure that your parcel arrives in good condition.

Add to the parcel our return form, stating how you would like your return to be handled (such as another size, another item, money back ...).

Outside of the EU Returns outside the EU are unfortunately not possible.
